Report on the 2011 Spring Meeting - Woodhall Spa Golf Club

The annual match against Sleaford Golf Club saw a comfirtable victory by the LTSB team taking the overall match count to 21 - 21.

The 2011 Spring Meeting was won by David north, beating Nick Bliss by 1 hole in an enthralling final.  Despite a shaky start, Nick was in front for much of the match, but missed opportunities on the 12th, 13th and 15th allowed David to remain in contention.  Nick began to stumble on the closing holes, and with luck on his side after a poor tee shot, David was able to recover and managed to win the match on the 18th green.

The Solomon cup was won by Ian scott.
